Mickey Mouse est un rat

I blame Disney for the Iraq war. At first that may sound silly and simplistic but I'm not talking about corporate deviance or greed, I'm talking about naivete. As Americans we spend our entire lives watching movies and TV shows where the good guy always wins in the end. He always gets the girl and saves the world. The first time I saw a shakespearean tragedy I cried, questioned my beliefs and re-thought my entire existence - that's what good stories do to people. But the Disneyification of the American psychology has created a mountain of dull people...
