Pointe de tarte
I live in Montreal. I am English. If I walk up to a bum on the street, he will speak to me in English. If I knock on the door of you average home owner, he will speak to me in French. That is the reality of language politics. French secure jobs based on language requirments and English sit at the bottom of the barrel. This ruling will change nothing. English schools are underfunded anyway. The French complain about their rights and how they've been hard done by, but I can't work outside my little English sanctuary because may name isn't French. Meanwhile, if a French person moves outside Quebec, they will be able to find jobs easily. I pray for the day Quebec seperates. Then those that have stolen from my people based on a liguistic trick of inheritence will live in a state of reality. And I will laugh at them.
